Behaviour management
Beachmere State Schoolis committed to providing a safe, respectful and disciplined learning environment for students and staff, where students have opportunities to engage in quality learning experiences and acquire values supportive of their lifelong wellbeing.
The Code of Conduct is designed to facilitate high standards of behaviour so that the learning and teaching in our school can be effective and students can participate positively within our school community.
Dress code
At Beachmere State School, we believe that the wearing of the school uniform is an essential part of the everyday school life. Our dress code is based on previous consultation with the community through the P&C and with the staff. The dress code includes a school uniform that is based on the school colours and is Sun Safe. Homework policy
Homework is used to provide students with an opportunity to consolidate their classroom learning, pattern behaviour for lifelong learning beyond the classroom and involve family members in their learning. For more information, refer to our homework policy (DOC, 258KB).
